Possible Uses: Burns, inflammation, wounds, eczema, dermatitis, acne, asthma, insect repellant, anxiety, rheumatism, sprains, stress, stretch marks, headache, migraines, depression, earache, itching, nausea, sunburn, lice, insect bites

How to use: In a base cream/lotion or gel add 20 drops per 50g. In a bath add 7 drops to bath water. In massage oil add 10 drops per 20ml. In vapourizer or burner mix 6 drops with water. In a Room spritz add 10 drops to 250ml of water. On a cotton ball (as insect repellant) 2-3 drops. On an earbud (insect bites) 1-2 drops. On a compress – 4 drops per 250ml water.

Precautions: Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. If pregnant consult practitioner. Do not use undiluted.
